It is your responsibility to ensure that by participating in classes, courses, programs, and activities from Spacious Steps, you will not exceed your limits while performing any activity, and you will select the appropriate level of activity for your skills and abilities, as well as for any mental or physical conditions and/or limitations you have.
Payments, Cancellation & Refunds
2.1 Group sessions may be booked in advance, online, anytime up until 5 minutes prior to the class and all sessions must be paid for in full prior to the start time.
2.2 Payments can be made by Credit Card / Stripe, PayPal and Wise via Ticket Tailor, our online booking service provider. By using this service you agree that Spacious Steps and its facilitators are not responsible for the process of capturing your financial data. All sales are final and any refunds are determined by these Terms and Conditions.
2.3 For all sessions (online or in person) we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are late, your session could be shortened, and you will be responsible for paying for the full scheduled session. Failure to show for an appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
2.4 Although every effort is made to hold sessions as scheduled, we reserve the right to cancel any session at any time. If you book on to a class that is subsequently cancelled by us, we will endeavour to find a suitable alternative, or you will be refunded via the means you booked the class (refund to card or refund of credit if booked any other way).

3.1 If the quality of your experience is unsatisfactory due to internet issues at our end, we will fully refund you. If the connection error is at your end, we regret we will not refund your class. This will be determined by the comparable experience of your fellow students.
