A chance to explore how to thrive...
Being co-creative
Do you recall a moment in your life when your heart just knew what to do?

It may have been a straight forward, simple situation - or it may have come with an inner storm of emotions and uncertainty, as well as resistance from others around.

Yet, you simply had that sense of rightness, clarity and confidence in the face of it all. Your mind may not have understood, but your heart was clear.

And then perhaps situations and synchronicities lined up to help out - shaping a co-creative pathway for your heart inspired by interactions with others and the world around?

Thriving in co-creation with all of life can be a side-effect of following our heart.

And this is what we'll be tuning into and bringing our collective creativity to...

“Expressing our highest self without effort, that’s what creativity is!”

~ Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche

Why join?
It can be easy to feel anxious, hopeless or numb at times with all that's going on in the world.

That's why, in this hour together, we'll tap into our co-creative potentials - that capacity we all have to find answers, solutions, unexpected perspectives and possibilities. That capacity to know what to do.

No matter how disempowered we may feel, finding one small step forward to make a positive difference can shift us into a space of empowerment.

We remember that we are co-creative players on this planet the second we set our intention on finding this step.

And coming together with others to do so, can make it so much easier.
We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking
we used when we created them.

~ Albert Einstein

This session is for you if...
  • you'd like support to slow down to listen inwards
  • you want to strengthen you intuitive knowing in a safe and held space
  • you enjoy sharing and learning about life together with like-minded souls
  • you're eager to uncover new possibilities and perspectives
  • you'd welcome more clarity on your role in the world at this time
  • you're happy to dip into a space of not-knowing...
We are part of a larger wholeness and our well-being depends on the well-being of that larger wholeness. ~ Rue Hass

What we'll do
  • We'll briefly set the scene at the outset - to give a little context for our minds to relax into.

  • We'll dip into a 20 - 30 minute guided meditation with soothing music in the background, for which you may want to sit still or move gently.

  • We'll transition out of this meditative space and open up some time and space for sharing: this will be a chance - if you feel drawn - to express any insights, experiences, inspirations and practical next steps that may have emerged.

  • We'll take a moment to bless any aspects of our meditation that may want to come alive in our day to day lives and complete our time together...
An individual can’t create anything by themselves -
all of our dreams come true with the cooperation and co-creation of other souls.

Inspirations - Living in Community
This invitation is inspired by different impulses.

When I worked in the Findhorn Foundation we would often include meditations in our solution-finding and decision making process.

I loved this approach of opening up to something beyond our rational mind, beyond what we currently knew from all the data and perspectives gathered.

It always felt like opening up to something bigger than any one of us - and also to something bigger than the group or community setting we were in.

It felt like stretching out our antennae to allow for unexpected miracles to land.
You are a tiny world within yourself. When there is peace, harmony, love and understanding right there deep within your little world, it will be reflected in the outer world all around you. When you can do this, you are beginning to help the whole vast situation in the world.

~ Eileen Caddy

Inspirations - Dance & Movement
Another inspiration has been the beautiful movement practice of Biodanza - and particularly its transcendent aspect - bringing home to us in a profoundly visceral way, what it means to touch in with the unconscious dimensions of being -

  • our own personal unconscious, and how it manifests through our creative expression,
  • the collective unconscious of communities and cultures we are part of,
  • and the vital unconscious of nature, our planet and the cosmos at large.

Many other practices involving movement and music, such as Qi Gong, Sacred Dance etc. can have a similar impact.

Coming together to meditate on our creative potentials is, for me, one way to explore meditation from a biocentric perspective

- putting life in all of its vastness at the centre.

Inspirations - Soul of Humanity
A further key inspiration comes from David Spangler, who is sometimes known as the fourth founder of the Findhorn Foundation.

Prior to COP 26, the UN Climate Change Conference hosted by the UK in Glasgow in 2021, David extended the invite to:

Attune to the Soul of Humanity that holds all the possibilities, creative potentials and vision that can shape a positive future...

In the Spirit of Humanity there is held the wholeness of what is evolving, even if the fullness of it doesn't become manifest in anything like our lifetime...

But at a collective level we do know.

At a collective level, in the Soul of Humanity, there is this sense of confidence, this sense of creativity, this sense of joy and light, knowing the service that we are about.

Let's take up David's invite once more and attune to our co-creative potentials together...

This is so valuable to do regularly. Most of us get so distracted. We're bombarded with things and time is flying. It's so good to take time to stop and realign with what matters.

Why get together?
It'll be a chance to appreciate what we value in our own lives, our communities and on our planet.

It'll be an opportunity to touch in with what's alive for us and to open to new perspectives.

It'll be a possibility to bless what we want to see more of...

Where attention goes energy flows.

~ James Redfield

Connecting as a group can amplify our collective field.

If we are each a fractal of the hologram of life, then coming together to align our intention

to create "the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible" (Charles Eisenstein)

can exponentially amplify our impact.

Because of the nature of a hologram,
a change on any level is reflected throughout the whole.

~ Greg Braden

I feel inspired now as I go out, to be more courageous in doing what I want to do - and, to see every situation as a co-creative possibility.
