Online Group Self-care Sessions
|
Our on-going sessions are all about preventative health-care at our fingertips.
We look at practical applications of the Art of Jin Shin to harmonise our life energy, to boost our immune system and to address common ailments such as stress, fatigue, headaches, insomnia etc. This drop-in group meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 5 - 6 pm UK time. And, in order to cater for different time zones, a second class with the same focus and content happens alternate Thursdays from 11am - 12pm. You are welcome to attend either - or both at no extra charge. |

What are sessions like?

I prepare our Jin Shin sessions depending on requests from participants or whatever may be up more generally.
While the focus may be on harmonizing specific issues, we are always intrinsically balancing our life-force energy, boosting our immune system and engaging in preventative health care. We hold different points or sequences of points and then open the space for anyone to briefly share their experiences. This can be helpful to notice the impact on our body and being. It also allows us to tap into the group wisdom: what someone else shares may help us bring attention to what we may not have noticed before. Participation in this way is warmly welcomed and, at the same time, there is no pressure to share. Everybody does so to whatever degree is right for them. Some sessions are lively and others more quiet. Our group is very much about practising together and learning in a cumulative way, rather than following a set syllabus. As Jin Shin is a life-long learning journey, we all benefit from the experiences and questions that anyone else brings. |
