What are
sessions like?

I offer Jin Shin / TARA Approach sessions and retreats in Forres - Moray, Scotland.

During the session you rest fully clothed on the treatment table. The work is hands-on and involves gentle contact with different energy points on your body. Sessions end with a short check-in and it is valuable to allow for unstructured integration time afterwards to make the most of your treatment.

Positive change can generally be expected within three treatments.

The total number of treatments required will vary widely depending on the nature and lifetime of your symptoms (longer term symptoms usually take longer to resolve). Dependent on your condition, sessions may be recommended at anything from twice-weekly to monthly intervals.


I'm happy to offer a free consultation - either by telephone or in person - in order to establish if the Art of Jin Shin may be the way forward for you.

The initial consultation and treatment typically lasts 90 minutes - including time for an assessment of your current condition.

Subsequent treatments last 50 minutes plus time for a brief check in at the outset and end.


Simple self-care applications to take home allow you to further consolidate the impact of each session. While self-care is not essential, it can make a significant difference and empowers you to take your health into your own hands.
